Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy


Due to the handmade nature of these products, no returns or exchanges are excepted.  Care instructions are included with each tumbler and are available on the website. We are not responsible for issues that arise from poor care. Lids may need to be replaced periodically as part of regular maintenence, and are available for purchase as needed. 

For custom tumblers, full payment must be received before work will begin on the custom order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for customer orders to be shipped. Returns are not accepted and refunds are not allowed once the order goes through. Changes may be made to the order if the tumbler hasn't been started yet.

Cup Cutz- returns

Returns are not accepted at all for Cup Cutz. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the proper cup brand, style, and size are selected. Not choosing the correct templates can cause your Cup Cutz to not work properly. 

Pre-scented aroma beads

Returns are not accepted on aroma beads. Scents are produced in a way for maximum scent throw off. Scents will last about 4-8weeks depending on the scent.

Digital Downloads

Refunds are not to be given on digital products. Due to the difference in computers and softwares, some issues may arise. Please contact us with any technical issues and we will do our best to assist or fix the issue. Please see copyright information for proper use.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  International customers are responsible for any and all custom fees.

When you order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipping. Higher processing times may occur during peak times.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of custom tumbler orders. These are made to order and take time to make with quality products. This may change during peaks times.

Please inform us of any shipping issues within 3 days of delivery so we can assist with the situation. Route is shipping insurance for you, if removed from your order, we may be limited on how we can help. 

Digital products will not be shipped and they will be available for download after payment goes through.
